Purchase a PDF voucher from us using credit card payment. Easy and convenient - these are emailed within 48 hours. Simply print it out or use it straight from a mobile device.$8 credit card/processing flat rate fee applies per voucher.
Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
GENERAL
* Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date purchased and are non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash and non-extendable. Vouchers can only be redeemed once and should be used in full as no change of unused balance will be provided. Vouchers are not valid for use at one-off ticketed and/or collaboration events. Vouchers are treated like cash and no replacement will be provided for any gift voucher that is lost or stolen. Gift Voucher transactions online are purchased via a secure banking partner (Stripe) and we do not have access to the full credit card number.
* When booking a table with us, please ensure you tick the ‘USING A VOUCHER’ tick box and provide your voucher number in NOTES section of the booking form.
* You are required to present the voucher and may be required to produce proof of identification at the time of redeeming your Gift Card. If you are unable to provide identification, we may elect to not accept the Gift Card as payment until you are able to do so.
* By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a Gift Card, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions; and acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy. We have the right to change our Terms and Conditions at any time if we deem necessary.
