Dictated and inspired by the rhythm of the seasons, combined with our team’s imagination, our menus changes frequently and spontaneously so that guests may dine an entirely different menu every 6-8 weeks.

Whether you are in the mood to enjoy our JANO ENSEMBLE sharing plates menu, or indulge in our renowned JANO EXPERIENCE degustation menu, there is something for everyone at Jano.

Both menu options are available every night, except on Saturdays we only serve our Jano Experience menu (6 courses + extras 160pp) with optional beverage-matches (80pp).

DRINKS

We have a small and thoughtfully curated drinks menu which includes an interesting selection of local and international wines, aperitifs, digestives, craft beers and spirits. We also offer seasonal non-alcoholic beverages made in-house by our chefs and bar team.
