Join us for an intimate Masteclass Degustation Dinner showcasing Sturgeon Caviar - a premium caviar that is sustainably souced, matured in-house, and crafted right here in New Zealand. Co-founders, Nicholas Long and Xinyue Wan, will be explaining in depth the raising, making and aging process of sturgeon caviar, while you experience its versatility and delicious flavours in our degustation menu and wine-match.

EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DIETARIES: If you have dietaries, please ensure you email us first to confirm if we can cater for you and receive written confirmation BEFORE purchasing your tickets.

CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel before 12pm, 7 days prior to the event, we can issue a 50% refund. Cancellations and all communications regarding your booking must be made in writing via email to: hello@janobistro.co.nz. Refunds are processed minus 3% Stripe transaction fee, and may take approximately 10 working days to show in your account depending on your bank.
